The window
You have 15 days from delivery to start a return on an unused piece in its original hardware bag.
How to start one
Email support@hypechainz.com with your order number and we send instructions the same day.
Damaged or wrong item
Send one photo and we ship a replacement. You keep the original — nothing needs to go back.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.
Bundle orders
Returning part of a bundle recalculates the remaining pieces at the discount tier they qualify for, and the difference is deducted from the refund.
