Orders are packed and delivered within 5–8 business days. Orders placed on a weekend go out the next business day.
Delivery windows
US delivery typically lands in 5–8 business days after dispatch. International delivery runs 8–16 business days depending on customs.
Cost
Shipping is free on all orders with no minimum. There is no surprise handling fee at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed the moment a label is scanned. If tracking has not moved in five business days, email us and we will chase the carrier or reship.
Wrong address
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually correct the address before the label prints.
