Delivery windows
The delivery window is measured from your order, not from dispatch. Carrier or customs delays may affect arrival.
Cost
Shipping is free on all orders with no minimum. There is no surprise handling fee at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed the moment a label is scanned. If tracking has not moved in five business days, email us and we will chase the carrier or reship.
Wrong address
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually correct the address before the label prints.
